STRATEGY LAB
Strategy Lab is designed for experienced leaders and seasoned professionals looking to elevate their strategic thinking, decision-making, and ability to inspire teams in today’s fast-paced, complex business environment. This hands-on leadership development program challenges participants to step back, think bigger, and sharpen their ability to drive results across their teams and organizations.

ACCELERATOR LAB
Accelerator Lab helps leaders develop the people skills needed to inspire teams, manage relationships, and drive results. Through a series of four interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and personalized development planning, participants gain practical tools to lead with confidence and clarity.
This program focuses on building self awareness, strengthening communication, and addressing real-world leadership challenges, empowering participants to take their leadership to the next level.

ESSENTIALS LAB
Essentials Lab is designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the fundamental skills to step out of the day-to-day and effectively lead others. In this highly interactive two-day workshop, participants explore the essentials of leadership—like communication, delegation, and performance coaching—through small group activities, hands-on exercises, and role-play scenarios with professional actors.
Ideal for new supervisors, team leads, and “step-up” employees preparing for future leadership roles, this small-class setting fosters connection, insight-sharing, and collaboration with peers from diverse industries. Participants leave with actionable tools and a mini action plan to help them confidently transition from being the do-er to the leader.
